We only collect what we need to run your service. We never sell your data. We never share it with anyone except the providers needed to make the service work. That's it.

MissedToBooked is a missed call text-back service operated as a sole trader trading as MissedToBooked, based in the United Kingdom.

We are the data controller for the personal information you provide when signing up for our service. This means we are responsible for how your data is used and stored.

3 Why We Collect It

We only collect data we actually need. Here's why we collect each piece:

Our legal basis for processing your data under UK GDPR is contract performance — we need this information to provide the service you signed up for.

4 Who We Share Your Data With

We share your data with the minimum number of third parties needed to run the service:

Twilio

We use Twilio to provide phone numbers and send SMS messages. Your phone number and message content is processed by Twilio to deliver the text-back service. You can read their privacy policy at twilio.com

Stripe

For paid subscribers, we use Stripe to process payments. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your card number or financial details. You can read their privacy policy at stripe.com

n8n

We use n8n to automate parts of our service delivery including onboarding. Your signup details pass through n8n briefly as part of this process.

We do not share your data with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers — ever.

5 How Long We Keep Your Data

You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see Section 7 for your rights.

6 How We Keep Your Data Safe

If we ever become aware of a data breach that affects you, we will notify you as soon as possible and report it to the ICO within 72 hours where required by law.

7 Your Rights Under UK GDPR

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@missedtobooked.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk

8 Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking tools. The only data stored in your browser is what's needed for the website to function correctly during your visit.

9 Changes to This Policy

If we make any significant changes to this privacy policy, we will email you to let you know and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
