Please read these terms carefully before using MissedToBooked. By signing up for our free trial or paid service, you agree to these terms.

1 Who We Are

MissedToBooked is a missed call text-back service operated as a sole trader trading as MissedToBooked, based in the United Kingdom.

When we say "we", "us" or "our" in these terms, we mean MissedToBooked. When we say "you" or "your", we mean the tradesperson or business signing up to use our service.

2 What We Provide

MissedToBooked provides an automated missed call text-back service. When a call to your dedicated phone number goes unanswered, our system automatically sends a personalised SMS message to the caller on your behalf.

The service does not include outbound calling, marketing campaigns, or any service not listed above.

3 Your Free Trial

When you sign up, you receive a 14-day free trial of the MissedToBooked service. During this period:

At the end of your 14-day trial, your service will not automatically continue or charge you. We will reach out to discuss whether you'd like to carry on as a paying customer.

You will never be charged without your explicit agreement. We will always confirm the payment terms with you directly before taking any payment.

4 Paid Subscriptions

If you choose to continue after your free trial, the following payment terms apply:

Pricing

Our standard plan is £97 per month. Pricing is subject to change — we will always give you at least 30 days notice of any price increase.

Billing

Payments are taken monthly via Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. By providing your payment details you authorise us to charge the monthly subscription fee on your agreed billing date.

Cancellation

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to collect payment again. If payment remains outstanding after 7 days, your service may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.

To get the most from MissedToBooked and for the service to work correctly, you agree to:

We aim to keep MissedToBooked running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

7 Limitation of Liability

MissedToBooked is a tool to help you respond to missed calls more quickly. We cannot guarantee any specific business outcomes, bookings, or revenue as a result of using our service.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for:

Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8 Your Data and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You also have the right to object to how we use your data. Email us at hello@missedtobooked.co.uk to exercise any of these rights and we will respond within 30 days.

We retain your data for as long as you are a customer and for up to 12 months after your account is closed, after which it is securely deleted.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with MissedToBooked — including the name, logo, website, and software — belongs to us and is protected by UK intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of our brand or technology without our prior written permission.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree with any changes, you can cancel your account at any time.

11 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MissedToBooked will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights under the laws of those jurisdictions.
